 JamFix — Printer Genie

Every JamFix® kit includes two things

The repair kit

The pickup rollers, separation pads, and other feed components that cause the jam — matched exactly to your printer model. Quality parts that meet or exceed OEM specification.

30 days of fault-specific support

If the kit doesn't fully resolve the jam, we'll help diagnose what else is causing it and recommend the right next step. Real printer experts — no call centres.

Is a JamFix® kit right for your printer?

Likely a good fit if…
  • Paper jams repeatedly in the same location
  • Paper feed is slow, hesitant, or skews sideways
  • The printer picks up multiple sheets at once
  • The printer fails to pick up paper at all
  • The printer has had heavy use over many years
 May need more diagnosis if…
  • The jam is caused by a foreign object inside the printer
  • The paper path or chassis has visible physical damage
  • The fault is intermittent with no clear pattern
  • Other faults (print quality, errors) are also present

Not sure? Contact us before ordering — we'll help identify the right fix.
