Printer Genie Terms of Service

1. Acceptance By accessing or using the Printer Genie website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Conduct

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
  • You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You will not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or to any other systems or networks connected to the website.  
  • You will not use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access or monitor the website.

3. Intellectual Property All content on the Printer Genie website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Printer Genie or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Order Process To place an order on the Printer Genie website, you must provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by Printer Genie. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

5. Payment We accept the following payment methods: Debit & Credit Card, bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Gateway.

6. Shipping Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds All goods come with 30 days return to base warranty unless stated in item description. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. To return an item, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached / Original Seals on the packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability Printer Genie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products.  

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.

10. Changes Printer Genie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
