This service is suitable for paper jam issues, feed problems, print quality faults, fuser errors, and general wear and tear across business laser printers.

Choose Your Service Level

• Small Desktop Printer Service – £40
  Suitable for compact mono printers such as the HP M402, M404, M506 and similar models.
• Mid-Range / Colour Laser Service – £55
  Suitable for workgroup printers and colour laser devices such as M553, M577 and similar models.
• Heavy Duty / Enterprise Printer Service – £75
  Suitable for high-volume and larger office printers such as M608, M609 and similar models.

If the incorrect service level is selected, we will advise before proceeding.

Repair vs Preventive Maintenance

• Repair Service: For printers with faults such as paper jams, misfeeds, print defects, or error codes
• Preventive Maintenance: For working printers that need cleaning and reliability improvements

If your printer is already showing faults, we recommend the repair service so the issue can be properly diagnosed and resolved.

Additional Work & Parts

If your printer requires parts or repairs beyond the standard service, we will contact you with a quote before carrying out any additional work.

No extra work is completed without your approval.

Return Shipping & Collection

Once the repair is complete, you can either collect the printer or we can return it to you by courier.

Return delivery is charged separately.

Service Warranty

All serviced printers include a 3-month service warranty covering the work carried out and the original fault repaired.

For additional peace of mind, you can upgrade to a 12-month extended service warranty for £35.

Customers who continue to use our toner supplies benefit from ongoing support and assistance with their printer.

As long as your printer is maintained using our toner supplies, we will continue to support you with any related issues where possible.

Warranty exclusions: Consumable items such as rollers, pads, toner cartridges, drums, transfer belts, maintenance kits, and fuser units are not covered under warranty.
