Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
- All accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging must be included where applicable
- The item must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or tampering
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. Because apparently in modern commerce, sending a parcel to the wrong depot creates a small international crisis.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
Any transit damage, shortages, incorrect items, or missing items should be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery where possible. This helps us investigate courier claims and resolve issues quickly.
Reporting after this period does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Where a product is confirmed as damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival, we will provide:
- a replacement,
- repair,
- or full refund
including return postage costs where applicable.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.
We may offer troubleshooting assistance, repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Change of Mind Returns
For unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases:
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition
Refurbished Printers
Our refurbished printers are professionally tested before dispatch.
As refurbished equipment may contain minor cosmetic marks from previous use, cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality is not considered a fault.
Please retain the original packaging where possible until the printer has been fully tested and confirmed working correctly. Failure to retain packaging may affect courier damage claims for large or fragile items.
Consumable items such as toner cartridges, drums, maintenance kits, rollers, and fuser units are excluded from warranty coverage unless faulty on arrival.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the returned item has been received.
Business Customers
Business-to-business sales may not be covered under the same cancellation rights as consumer purchases under UK distance selling regulations.
