Process

- Follow our packing guide (photo proof required for Option B).
- We complete repairs and functional tests.
- We return the printer, securely packed, with tracking.
Liability & Claims
Option A: You are the shipper of record; claims must be raised with your courier. We can supply photos/documentation.
Option B: You must follow our packing guide exactly. We cannot accept liability for damage from inadequate packaging or undeclared faults.
