Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fuser fit my Brother HL-3140CW?
No — the LY3704001 is not compatible with the Brother HL-3140CW. The HL-3140CW is a colour laser printer and uses a different fuser unit (LR2232001). If you need a fuser for an HL-3140CW, please contact us and we can point you to the correct part.
What does refurbished mean for this fuser unit?

Do I need to reset the fuser counter after fitting?
Yes. After fitting a replacement fuser on Brother HL-2 series printers, you need to reset the fuser counter via the printer menu. If you're unsure how to do this, our GenieCare™ team can guide you through the process step by step.
What toner does my printer use?
