    Will this toner damage my printer or void my warranty?

    No. UK/EU law means using a compatible cartridge can't void your manufacturer warranty under normal use. Our toners are made in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities and built to meet the original manufacturer's specifications, so the risk this protects you against is minimal in the first place.

    My printer doesn't recognise the new cartridge — what do I do?

    Some printers show a "non-genuine cartridge" message when a compatible toner is fitted — this is informational and doesn't stop printing on most models. If yours refuses to print, GenieCare™ Expert Support can help you by email with the cartridge settings.

    Can I buy just one colour instead of the full set?
