Guarantee, Warranty & GenieCare™ Support

Our compatible toners are backed by a lifetime guarantee — free replacement if faulty, and printer damage cover if ever needed.

If a cartridge develops a confirmed fault, we will replace it or provide a refund where a replacement is not available. In the unlikely event a cartridge is shown to have caused printer damage, repair or replacement costs may be covered subject to evidence, inspection, and verification.

Using a compatible toner does not void your printer's manufacturer warranty under normal use — a long-standing UK/EU legal protection. Page yields are based on industry-standard 5% coverage; heavy graphics or photographic printing may reduce yield and is not considered a product fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this toner damage my printer or void my warranty?

No. UK/EU law means using a compatible cartridge can't void your manufacturer warranty under normal use. Our toners are made in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities and built to meet the original manufacturer's specifications, so the risk this protects you against is minimal in the first place.

My printer doesn't recognise the new cartridge — what do I do?

Some printers show a "non-genuine cartridge" message when a compatible toner is fitted — this is informational and doesn't stop printing on most models. If yours refuses to print, GenieCare™ Expert Support can talk you through the cartridge settings.

Is CF360X (508X) the right toner for my printer?

CF360X (508X) is the black cartridge for the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553 / M577 range — check the Compatible Printers table above, or the part number on your existing cartridge. Not sure? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm fitment.

How many pages will this toner print?

CF360X is the high-capacity (X) black cartridge, rated at approximately 12,500 pages at the industry-standard 5% page coverage (ISO/IEC 19798). Pages with heavier coverage — graphics or photos — use more toner and will reduce the page count. This is normal and not a fault. The lower-capacity 508A (CF360A) prints approximately 6,000 pages.
