Frequently Asked Questions

Will this toner set damage my printer or void my warranty?

No. UK/EU law means using compatible cartridges can't void your manufacturer warranty under normal use. Our toners are made in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities and tested to meet OEM specifications, so the risk this protects you against is minimal in the first place.

Can I buy just one colour instead of the full set?

Yes — each colour is also listed individually if you only need one cartridge. The full set works out better value if you're likely to need more than one colour soon, since black and colour tend to run low around the same time on shared documents.

My printer doesn't recognise the new cartridges — what do I do?

Some printers show a "non-genuine cartridge" message when a compatible toner is fitted — this is informational and doesn't stop printing on most models. If yours refuses to print, GenieCare™ Expert Support can talk you through the cartridge settings.
