    Install Notes

    Allow the fuser to cool fully before disassembly — at least 30 minutes after powering off. This is an engineer part; no fitting support is included.

    1. Power off and disconnect from the mains. Allow to cool fully.
    2. Remove the fuser unit from the printer (rear access panel, release locking levers, slide out).
    3. Open the fuser housing to access the fuser film / sleeve.
    4. Slide the worn film off the heating element and fit the new film, lubricating per manufacturer specification where required. Keep the film orientation as found.
    5. Reassemble the fuser housing and reinstall it in the printer.
    6. Run 5–20 test prints and check for remaining marks or errors.
