Important — fuser units get very hot during normal operation. Always power off the printer and allow the fuser to cool fully before handling. Do not touch the fuser roller surface.

1. Power off the printer and disconnect from the mains. Allow at least 30 minutes to cool.
2. Open the rear access panel.
3. Release the fuser locking levers and slide the old fuser unit out — dispose of responsibly.
4. Insert the new fuser unit and engage the locking levers until they click.
5. Close the rear panel, reconnect power, and power on.
6. No counter reset is needed on this model — run a test print to confirm correct operation.
