    Install Notes

    1. Power off and unplug the printer.
    2. Open the ADF cover and locate the existing Mylar film on the document scanning ramp.
    3. Peel away the old film carefully. Clean the surface with a lint-free cloth to remove any adhesive residue.
    4. Peel the backing from the new Mylar film and apply firmly to the ramp, aligning to the original position.
    5. Close the ADF cover and run several test scans to confirm smooth, jam-free feeding.

    Note: ADF feed faults can have more than one cause. If paper jams persist after fitting, further diagnosis of the ADF roller or separator pad may be needed.
