Small or medium printer — £35+VAT. Desktop A4 colour lasers such as the M452, M477, M454, M479 and M377.
Large printer — £55+VAT. Heavier or enterprise units such as the M480 and floor-standing or high-capacity machines.

You’ll need the fuser too

Fitting is labour only, so buy the correct refurbished fuser first: the simplex fuser (RM2-6436) for one-sided models, or the duplex fuser (RM2-6435 / RM2-6461) for two-sided models. Not sure which? Email us your exact model number and we’ll confirm it before you buy.

How it works

1. Buy the correct fuser and add this fitting service to your basket.
2. We email you how to send your printer in — use our Return Packaging Kit if you have no box.
3. We fit the fuser, confirm the fault and test it, and contact you before doing anything extra.
4. We return it to you working, with a 1-year warranty on the work.

Common questions

Do I need to buy the fuser as well?

Yes. This service is the fitting labour only. Buy the correct refurbished fuser from us (simplex or duplex), and we fit it for you.

How do I know it is the fuser and not the toner?

Toner that smudges or rubs off, a faint repeated ghost image, marks repeating down every page, or a 50.x fuser error or Replace Fuser message all point to the fuser. If only one colour is faint, that is usually a toner cartridge. Send us a photo of a test page and your model and we will confirm before you spend anything.
