Install Notes (Quick)

  1. Power off and unplug the printer. Allow the fuser to cool fully.
  2. Remove the fuser assembly and access the lower pressure roller bushings.
  3. Replace the worn right-hand bushing with the new RC1-3609 part.
  4. Apply high-temperature grease if specified by the service manual.
  5. Reassemble and run 5–20 test prints to confirm smooth operation.
