Important: fuser units become very hot during normal use. Power off the printer, unplug it, and allow at least 30 minutes for the fuser to cool before removal.

1. Power off and unplug the printer.
2. Open the rear fuser access area.
3. Release the fuser locking levers.
4. Slide the old fuser unit out carefully.
5. Fit the replacement fuser and secure the locking levers.
6. Power on and reset the fuser / maintenance counter if required.
7. Run test prints to confirm correct fusing.
