Kit Contents
| Qty | Component |
| 1 | Pick-up roller |
| 1 | Feed roller |
| 1 | Retard / separation roller |
Includes all three cassette feed rollers — one kit renews a single paper cassette. If your printer has more than one cassette, order one kit per cassette you want to renew.
Is This The Right Part?
| Paper not picking up from the cassetteA worn pick-up roller loses grip and the sheet is left in the tray — the most common reason a cassette stops feeding. | Several sheets pulled through at onceA glazed retard / separation roller stops holding back the second sheet, so the printer grabs a small stack. |
| Recurring paper jams as the sheet entersUneven wear across the feed and separation rollers skews the sheet and jams it in the paper path. | High page count / preventative serviceRenewing all three cassette rollers together restores feeding in one go rather than chasing one roller at a time. |

What's Included
- 1 × Pick-up roller
- 1 × Feed roller
- 1 × Retard / separation roller
Fitting Notes
- Power off and unplug the printer.
- Slide out the paper cassette. The retard / separation roller sits in the cassette or the feed slot above it.
- The pick-up and feed rollers sit on the feed shaft just inside the cassette bay — release the retaining clip and slide each roller off the shaft.
- Fit the new rollers in the same positions, making sure each clip seats fully.
- Refit the cassette, power on and run a few test pages to confirm clean feeding.
The rollers clip on and off by hand; take care with the retaining clips as you remove them. If you would prefer not to fit them yourself, ask us about our mail-in repair service.
