Paper jams can also be caused by sensors, paper path assemblies, duplex units and fuser assemblies. This kit addresses the worn cassette feed rollers only.

Install Notes
- Power off and unplug the printer, then pull the paper cassette right out.
- Replace the retard roller in the cassette itself — it sits in the separation assembly at the front.
- Look into the cassette opening for the pick-up and feed rollers on their shaft, and release each in turn.
- Fit the new pick-up and feed rollers, checking each is fully seated and the correct way round.
- Clean the adjacent feed surfaces with an isopropyl wipe if they are contaminated with paper dust.
- Refit the cassette and run 10–20 test prints to confirm smooth, consistent pickup.
