    What's Included

    Fitting Notes

    1. Power off and unplug the printer.
    2. Slide out the paper cassette. The retard / separation roller sits in the cassette or the feed slot above it.
    3. The pick-up and feed rollers sit on the feed shaft just inside the cassette bay — release the retaining clip and slide each roller off the shaft.
    4. Fit the new rollers in the same positions, making sure each clip seats fully.
    5. Refit the cassette, power on and run a few test pages to confirm clean feeding.

    The rollers clip on and off by hand; take care with the retaining clips as you remove them. If you would prefer not to fit them yourself, ask us about our mail-in repair service.
