This kit fits the following models. If your exact model has regional or managed variants, contact us before ordering.

1. Power off and unplug the printer, and let the fuser area cool before working near it.
2. Remove the paper tray and locate the pickup roller and separation pad or roller in the feed assembly.
3. Replace each component supplied in the kit — check orientation and make sure every part is fully seated.
4. Handle new rollers by the hubs. Skin oils on the rubber surface reduce grip.
5. Clean adjacent feed surfaces with isopropyl wipes if they are contaminated with paper dust or toner.
6. Reassemble, then run 10 to 20 test prints from each tray to confirm feeding is stable.
