The larger MP C4503–C6004 colour MFPs push high tray throughput, so the cassette feed rollers see more sheets and wear sooner than on smaller machines.

Multiple sheets feeding at onceTwo or more sheets feed together, causing a jam or double-fed pages. A worn separation roller no longer holds back the second sheet.

Replacing them clears most chronic feed faults. Paper slipping, skewing or stopping earlyPaper enters at an angle, stops midway, or slips before the registration rollers.
