One kit per tray. Each paper tray on the Phaser 7500 / 7800 has its own set of three rollers. If two trays are misfeeding you need two kits. On a machine that has never had its feed rollers changed, doing every tray at once usually saves a second visit.

Paper jams can also be caused by sensors, the registration area, the duplex path or the fuser. This kit replaces worn tray feed rollers only.
