One kit per tray. Each tray has its own set of three rollers. If two trays are misfeeding you need two kits. On a four-tray machine that has never been serviced, doing all four at once is normally the sensible call.

Is This the Right Part?

Tray stopped taking paperThe nudger and feed rollers have glazed and no longer grip the top sheet, so the tray sits there doing nothing. Several sheets at onceThat is the retard roller, the third one in this kit. All three wear together, which is why Xerox supplies them as a set.
Jams from one tray onlyIf Tray 3 jams and the others are fine, that tray's rollers are due — they wear at whatever rate each tray gets used. Fault from the bypass tray?The bypass or multi-sheet inserter uses its own parts. Contact us with your model and we will confirm.

My part number is 109R00790 — is that this kit?

Yes. 109R00790 is Xerox's supplies-channel number for the same three-roller kit; 675K82242 is the service number. Xerox has reissued it several times, which is why you may see it quoted under any of five or six references.

Should I reset the tray counter after fitting?

On most of these machines there is a HFSI counter for each tray that should be reset so the next service interval is accurate. Contact us if you would like the steps for your model.
